This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my 20 years of moving!!! I saw the good reviews online and decided to use this company. HUGE MISTAKE! I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a townhome on 7/17/2017. I requested Excalibur pack 2 closets, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They quoted me an estimate of 4 hours for the move factoring in I was moving a mile down the road. The weekend leading up to the move I packed the second closet and the second bathroom so when the mover showed up all they had to do was pack 1 bathroom, 1 closet and the kitchen. Throughout the entirety of the move I had many problems with the company.
1. It took the movers 4 ½ HOURS just to pack a 2 bedroom apartment.
2. The movers were talking on their phones and moving slowly the entire move.
3. After telling them what to pack, the movers still didn’t pack any of my bath towels not...

Itai and his crew were polite, professional, fast and very helpful. They were very patient with me when I kept changing my mind about the placement of furniture and rugs. Very accommodating! I have used Excalibur FOUR times and I would never use anyone else!

I recently contracted Excalibur Moving and Storage to move my grand piano from a location that was 30 miles away. As we all know, moving a grand piano is no easy feat and a lot of caution and care needs to be taken in order for the piano to arrive undamaged. Excalibur movers had shown nothing but excellence in terms of the precaution and expertise in that matter. I was surprised how they had managed to maneuver such a big object with ease and precaution. They had wrapped up the piano with thick felt padding that put my mind at ease as such and expensive piece demands for it. I whole heartedly would recommend these guys if anyone was looking for movers as they are definitely a keeper the next time I move.

One of the best movers I ever hired. I moved a lot in the last 4 years and Excalibur did such a great job. The office followed up with me with so much patience, they were very professional giving me a true estimate by asking all the right questions. The moving crew was awesome. They worked non stop for 8 hours, it was unbelievable that they work so quickly and quietly, each member of the crew knew exactly what he need to do, it felt like the same crew been working together for years. The movers damaged a wall after I had my house remodeled. The person who answered was rude in dealing with this issue. The person on the phone, who would only identify himself as the owner hung the phone on me several times. The owner, replied to my complaint on the damaged by saying, "when I talked to my guys, they don't remember going down that wall". After signing a disclaimer, which said the moving company DO NOT repair walls they damaged. They refund me $50.00 to repair the wall. Really, who would repair anything in a house for $50.00. Pick a company, this will treat you badly if they damage your home. Thanks

Excalibur moved my home from Rockville, MD to Bethesda, MD. They packed all items into boxes and wrapped all furniture before loading to the truck. The crew worked non stop for 11 hours (stopped only for a lunch brake). They did a fantastic job: protecting my belongings, covered my floors and stand behind the flat price that the estimator provide me in the initial estimate. I was very pleased with this company and their services .
