If you are looking for a mover, I really recommend Excalibur! I had such an easy move because of them! These guys went above and beyond to give me a fantastic experience! I had never hired a moving company before so this was a new experience for me. I had only heard horror stories about other people's moves so I wasn't sure what to expect. I read reviews and called several companies. I felt the most comfortable with Excalibur. The owner helped me understand everything, he helped me prepare for my move & he gave me a reasonable price so I decided to go with them. I'm so glad I chose them because they took the stress out of my move! They showed up on time and got to work immediately. Watching them load the truck was like watching an expert play Tetris! This is a great moving company!! I don't do a lot of reviews but when I get exceptional service like I did with Excalibur, I think it's important to share my experience. Every step of the process was professional and stress-free. Elie, the owner, was always available & provided all of the helpful guidance & information I needed for my move. He quoted a very reasonable price for my move & was available when I needed it. Moving day was great! They were super careful with our items to ensure that nothing would be damaged during transport. I was also impressed at how efficient they worked. I have experienced slow workers before. However, not these guys!! They were focused and worked quickly to get my things into the truck and to offload them into my new house. I used Excalibur for my move and it was a great experience! These guys are true professionals! They took such good care of my things and they work very fast too! They worked so hard and they knew how to get the job done right! I was really impressed by their work ethic and their expertise so I wasn't worried about a thing. This is the BEST moving company and the owner, Eli, is absolutely wonderful!! I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past when it came to moving companies, so even though Excalibur was recommended to me by someone I trust, I still spent a great deal of time researching & reading reviews before choosing a mover. Unlike the other moving companies I spoke with, Eli was so patient with me, he answered all of my questions, he was very responsive and he just wanted to make sure that I was comfortable before moving forward. This company is shady. They moved my friends stuff and they stole something from him. Then made threats when he gave them a poor review. I was going to use them for my move, but not anymore.

Highly Recommend!! Excalibur is a quality company; they made my move to Bethesda "stress free." The men were very careful with my antique furniture and placed everything exactly where I wanted. (And were very nice when I changed my mind here and there!) Eli was professional and answered all of my questions. I especially liked that I was given a straightforward estimate and there were no "extra fees" tacked on later. Will recommend to friends and will use them in the future when needed.

They stole a $160 bottle of unopened Chanel cologne from me. They removed the bottle from the unopened package, then put the empty package back into the storage container. The one mover made several comments about my colognes, and even mentioned how good one of them smelled. Then, when I found the empty box a few days later while unpacking, I was told the movers do not go through our stuff. Clearly he did since he mentioned how nice one of them smelled. For compensation I was offered $20 from Eli, or was told I could call the police. Worst customer service experience I may have ever had. I even tipped the movers over $150. I had a friend who was about to use them, but because of my bad experience is using another company. Glad I caught it in time before they had their items stolen as well.

I’ve used them twice and would use these guys again! I’ve recommended them also and they were great to my friends!

I used Excalibur moving & storage less than two weeks ago. I figured I'd write a review about my experience. It was great and I have referred this company to all of my friends. What I like most is that they let you know exactly what you are going to be charged for during the first conversation. I felt like a lot of other companies were trying to get over on me based on their reviews. The guy on the phone was very nice in making sure to answer my questions and explain everything that the estimate included. When the movers got there they were very polite and careful with my belongings. All my stuff was wrapped up or boxed and they even put it all away for me at my new home. Again, I was very pleased with the service all the way to the end. They were on time, attentive, and hard working..Thank you EXCALIBUR MOVING.
