Tho she is the best storage and moving company around nothing was broken and they treated me with respect And Eli is ver down to earth a people person I would definitely be calling again.

I used Excalibur about a month ago. Those guys where exceptionally respectful .They took the time and care with my belongings as if it where there own . Eli the owner is very professional and punctual he makes sure everyone and everything is where it needs tobe. I would highly recommend that you use this 5 star company .

HORRIBLE!!!!
I have been a loyal Customer to them for years, this time is the last. They broke our 55 inch television and our dining room set.
They were not apologetic about the damages and only offered $100 to reimburse. The movers are rude they raised their voice with my wife as soon as I left because they hadn’t finished putting furniture together and were ready to leave an incomplete job. When I called to speak to a manager no one was able to get me in contact with them. It’s been weeks and I still have yet to be reimbursed with even the $100 they offered.

(Edit: the claim for the tv was not reported two weeks later! It’s sad that a company would actually go on a review and respond with lies. Again I still have not received the proper reimbursement for my tv or my broken dining room set. If anyone is considering this company please spare yourself!!!. As a...

I had such a great experience with my move that I decided to write a review. I don't usually write reviews (I read a lot of them!) but when I have a really great experience, I feel like it's important to share it with others. I know nothing about choosing a mover so I had to narrow down my choices based on reviews. Excalibur had really great reviews so I decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did! They took care of absolutely everything for me and they were so careful with my family's belongings. Moving isn't fun no matter what, but it can be made better when you are working with people who care. These guys care! This is a GREAT moving company! I was so pleased with how my move went and everything these movers did to go above and beyond. I found them by reading reviews and I chose them because they gave me an honest price! The owner Eli is an honest guy who takes great pride in customer service! He explained everything to me and took the time to make sure that I had everything I needed for my move. The movers were incredibly fast but not careless. They just know what they are doing and they are pros!! During a move you assume that something will get damaged but I am happy to report no losses or damage to any of our belongings. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for the best mover and at the best price!! Thank you Excalibur and Eli for a perfect, stress-free move! Terrible service very rude and do not care about your things. Will break your stuff and won’t replace it and management wasn’t any help either will never use them again and don’t recommend anyone else too

They broke my brother 55 inch TV and his dining room set and only offered to pay a $100. If you want your things delivered to you the way they was before they move it then don't use this company because they will not compensate you correctly. Horrible horrible service.
