It was my first time there and the worse experience i ever got! My appt was at 2:30pm. I still have all the msg to confirm. I was waiting until 2:55pm and asked the girl if i’d seen. The girl who consulted me pointed her finger at me to tell me shut when i asked if i could be done on time because i had to get back to work. 🥹 lucky i was on a rush, i didnt make it to be a big deal! Wont be a second time!😒. I mentioned i had the treatment before! I just want to make sure some of the spots can be taken care well! Its been days and i notice that none of the hairs come off! Luana did it super fast just to get me out the there in one minute! I hope my next visit wont be like that! Like i said i didnt have enough time, i didnt want to be mean but i did asked to make sure some spots can be taken care of, she didnt! Will see how my second visit goes. And hope i wont ever get the attitudes...
