The receptionist booked me for the wrong service, despite me correcting her twice over the phone, so when I showed up they had prepared a different service for me that was twice the cost of what I'd wanted. The manager initially seemed accusatory and unwilling to let me change it, then offered to give me the service at a lower cost (but scoffed when I had questions about the procedure and didn't really answer them). I ended up getting the service I wanted, but it was really mediocre anyway. I got a facial, but it was really more like 40 minutes of scalp massage and a few minutes of a face mask. The music they had on was Pandora, so there were ads every few minutes in the middle of the "relaxing spa mountainsong" music and the walls were so thin I could hear conversations throughout the office. Not relaxing at all.
