I had botox done on my forehead last October, after few weeks (less than 2 months) a line started showing up on my forehead which was never there btw. The lady who did the work kept telling me how good she is and how she is teaching this to others but unfortunately Im not sure what she did that made a whole on my forehead.

When I called 2 weeks ahead to book my hydra facial the receptionist booked me for the wrong day and I was charged a no show fee. I never received a confirmation email for my appointment either, I even repeated my appointment date and time back to the girl and she said yes but yet booked me for a completely different day. When I came in for what I thought was my scheduled appointment they didn’t have me in and said I was scheduled the week prior. They did however have an opening for me and I used my no show fee credit as a tip. However the whole start to my experience was aggravating.
