Aspire Med Spa Lexington

Started my IPL venture ony 60th bday.... Then the world shut down the next day!
Aspire was in email contact consistently through out the pandemic with updates =).

I had my first IPL facial in Sept followed up by Oct and Nov.
Ana Paula was the best. Kind , caring, relaxing and most importantly trained on her products .

It's clean and comfy... Friendly knowledgeable bstaff.

Definitely will go back there soon!

Awful business. I went in for a regular facial, which is what I booked when I called and made the appointment. I go in and the esthetician starts preparing me for a Hydrafacial, so I say that I would like the regular facial. She is incredibly flustered and says that I made an appointment for the Hydrafacial, I say that there is a mistake because I definitely did not, so she gets the manager. The manager tries to convince me to do the Hydrafacial, but I had never heard of it before and I really just wanted a regular facial (also keep in mind the Hydrafacial is much more expensive than a regular facial). I explain that I'd booked a normal facial and that's what I would like, she says fine and I have to wait for the esthetician to set the room up for the different service. Fine, we start the regular facial like I'd wanted and when we get to the extraction phase, she says that she isn't...
