This was my first experience contracting a company to complete a floor renovation. Two different neighbours recommended Ethical's services and I now understand why. I found the rep. Nader very helpful, realistic with his advice and spot on with the schedule. As well he was there when I needed him with his assistance with information for my council. The crew who completed the installation were prompt, personable and competent. Thanks to you all.

We have used Ethical Flooring before for our carpet and worked with them again in quoting for our engineered floor install. Nader was extremely attentive, professional, timely, and supportive. From first contact and walking us through all the different options to providing a quote the same day he visited, it was a great experience for us - Nader took the time to properly measure up so as to provide an accurate quote as well as advise us on where we may want to consider other options on install method, underlay, and type of product (E.g. tiling vs. wood floor in laundry room). We ended up going with another company purely because of a particular product that they had that we have seen before and liked, but wouldn't hesitate to use Ethical Flooring or recommend them. Their quote was highly competitive and the company is very service focused - i'd highly recommend Nader and the Ethical...

The install was complicated. The basement concrete floor had to be levelled in both rooms using both grinding and leveling compound. The foundation footings had to be accounted for and the stairs has to be reinforced. Ethical flooring handled it all. The installer, Istvan, did a meticulous job. I was referred to them by another customer and now I am recommending them too. The home is located in the Handsworth area.

We are beyond happy with the service and advice we received from Kevin and the Ethical Team! Their industry knowledge helped us transform our space with the product selection from durability to aesthetics, all while keeping us on budget!

Excellent service from Nader who oversaw our order, helped us place it at the right time, and ensured we got the flooring ready for collection exactly when we needed it. The prices were very competitive, and I would not hesitate to use them again for our next project (bathroom!)
