Fantastic customer service & purchase experience! Was introduced to Shelby who helped me place an order on a Torlys LVT product. She diligently followed up on all my inquiries, including checking into something with the manufacturer. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me about the additional cork underlay I wanted to install. She helped me secure the supplies I needed for my reno in-time and we can’t wait to see it installed by my contractor. There are a lot of flooring places in the lower mainland (where I experienced horrible service with no follow-up), so it was refreshing to work with Shelby & Ethical. I would recommend them for your flooring purchase.
