There are so many different suppliers and installers out there that it is not easy to make a decision that you hope will be hassle free. Researched many different engineered wood floor manufacturers first and then went to a few places to check out samples. In the end I went with Ethical Flooring and very happy that I did. My main reason for selection was that they do not let just any contractor install their flooring. They come out to your place to provide an estimate and point out possible problem areas. Once the preparation and installation begins they keep you informed along the way. Revised estimates to solve the problems are provided during the subfloor preparation. The owner, project manager and installer were all present to go over any issues encountered.
