We have been extremely impressed with Ethical Flooring from the initial showroom experience through to now the near completion of a particularly challenging flooring project. My wife and I took on our first renovation! We cannot say enough good things about the Raitis and the team at Ethical Flooring. We were pretty overwhelmed going to multiple stores, and Raitis made us feel completely at home in the showroom. We worked with him over 6 or so months and he answered our thousands of questions, texts, and sample visits with both patience and deep knowledge. We ran into some challenges with floor levelling from a previous contractor, and Raitis dealt with it like a champ. We are so thankful for Raitis and SO thankful for our new floor! We also want to to give a huge special shout out to Niku at Ethical. He was the installer and did a top notch job. He even went above and beyond for us because we made a mistake where we changed the door swing, so the bathroom tile didnt match up correctly with the laminate floor, and he re & re'd the entire thing for us...

From start to finish, our experience with Ethical Flooring was outstanding. We had most of the flooring in the main living space of our house replaced, including removal of wall-to-wall carpeting, some linoleum, and an existing parquet floor. It was a substantial project, but the Ethical Flooring team handled every aspect with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.

Bill Parsons, our sales contact, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He provided us with a wealth of information and thoughtful guidance, helping us choose the right engineered hardwood for our home. We really appreciated the time he took to understand what we were looking for and to make sure we were making an informed decision.
