We went to Ethical Flooring to select the flooring for our cabin in Whistler. Steve was great to work with and provide answers to all our questions, helping us to make a decision that fit our taste and our budget. And the installation went smoothly. We are thrilled with the product. It is the first thing everyone comments on when they walk into our home. We chose the Biyork Hydrogen 8 vinyl flooring and it looks and feels like hardwood. We ordered new wool carpeting and thick underlay for our apartment from Ehical Flooring. The whole process was smooth and professionally done. The results are wonderful and the carpet is soft to walk on.

It has been one month since we had our carpet installed and we are incredibly happy with our new wool carpet. From start to finish, we could not be happier with how our flooring project was handled. Matt was our main contact and sales rep, and his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism guided us every step of the way, resulting in a gorgeous new carpet that suits our home perfectly. We live in a condo., and although we had wanted hard surface flooring, because the developer had done such a poor job on the sub floor, for this project we chose to go with carpet. The installers were pros, and the installation was perfect.

Lastly, a good friend of ours just had hardwood laid in their bedroom. A different sales rep. helped them, but their experience was the same as ours, and their floor is stunning.
