Our new neighbors told us that once we move into our new home we would forget all the negative and stressful parts about dealing with Eternity Homes. They were right! Our new home is amazing and extremely high end with great quality work. Living here makes it very easy to forget about some of the hassle we went through building with Eternity. Office staff needs to work on customer service and we had lots of frustrations and mistakes made with their lack of communication. Job supervisor did everything he could to make things right. We just recently closed on our new home last week and at the end of the day, we have a beautiful new home. The finishes are stunning and the price point is favorable. We are anxiously awaiting some open items to be completed from walk throughs prior to closing. There are definitely opportunities for improvement in communication and customer service. As the company grows and develops, it will be essential to hone in on these areas in order to continue to grow. They have a great product so I'd hate for people to experience some of the frustrations we did. Read more >

We absolutely love our home! The process from start to finish takes patience and can be a bit overwhelming but all worth it in the end. Eternity produces a great product if I were to give any critisism it would be more hands on and communicate on a more personable level with home owner. We have been in our home for about 2 weeks and just love it! A couple small issues have surfaced and Eternity was very helpful in getting them resolved in a timely manner. Over all great product! What a great experience we had building with Eternity homes. We could not be happier with how our house turned out. Everyone that we worked with during this process of picking out everything for the house to the walk-throughs have been helpful and very nice. My 5 year old son does not do change well and Eternity homes allowed us to visit the house through the whole process and I do believe that is why the transition from our old house to this house was so smooth. If we could give more than a 5-star rating, we would! Our experience with Eternity Homes has been truly exceptional and we really appreciate the follow up and care that went into building our first home. Through our many conversations with family and friends who have gone through the building process, we repeatedly heard how those folks would not build with the same builder again. My wife and I did not find this to be the case with Eternity Homes. We would build again with Eternity and highly recommend Pat and his team to others. There is a lot of pride in the end result and Eternity is with you every step of the way even after the home is complete.
