I originally started training with Elite training in January. When I first started training I weighed 125 pounds with 14 percent body fat, over the course of 7 months I have gained 3 percent muscle mass and lost 5 pounds. With the help Jonathan, I am in the best shape I have ever been. I have been much stronger and leaner. I have never felt like I was being compared to other people, and that is what I really struggled with at other gyms. Overall, they have helped me maintain my weight and gain muscle mass, they have always encouraged me to maintain positive nutrition!
