Elite Training

Love Elite Training!!! After 2 babies things were really out of control weight/diet wise and since I lack discipline when it comes to exercising/dieting I finally decided to try a personal trainer. So glad I did!! My trainer has been so encouraging and helped me to learn a lot about healthy eating and exercise. Plus they are super accomadeting when it comes to working around your schedule.
I've only been working out for a lil over 2 months but already seeing my body tone up and weight coming off. I have a long way to go but feel hopeful now that I will finally reach my goal!

I was looking to improve my overall health, at the time I was about 55 and needing to make some changes. I ended up with a great trainer who worked to deign a exercise routine that I could handle. My overall strength and flexibility improved session to session, I did lose some weight too!!!

Elite Training is a cozy, well-equipped gym staffed with exceptional trainers! I've had the absolute pleasure of training with Lydia for over a year-- I've trained with her even through my entire pregnancy. She has gotten me in the greatest shape of my life and when training with her while pregnant, she detailed routines that were tailored to my ever-so-changing body. Lydia is so knowledgable about fitness and the muscle groups each exercise focuses on. She takes great care of my body, making sure I am challenged but never overdoing it. I am so thankful I found Elite Training and look forward to sweating with them for many more years to come!

I've been going to Elite training for several months now. I love it. It is a great environment with great trainers. I've been working with Tony and he is just what I needed. He listened to my goals and has built a program just for me. Thanks Elite for helping me hit my goals! When I started training I had a difficult time incline pressing 30 pound dumbbells. In just a few months I now incline press 90lbs. If you want to get fit, healthy or strong - this is the place.

Great equipment and fun atmosphere. Smiley does a great job of pushing me through every workout. All trainers are extremely nice and will help you with any questions you may have. Awesome place!

Elite Training has been a fantastic experience for me. As a former college athlete, I thought I new everything I needed to know to stay in shape. The trainers at Elite Training have put together a customized plan to help me achieve my goals with the latest movement and strength building techniques.
