Facilities are great..trainers are awesome! My personal trainer (Mitchell) is truly "Elite", in that his knowledge
is supreme, and his attention to each individuals goals are forefront during each session!

Elite Training has been great and my trainer, Courtney, has been super flexible with my schedule. She's very attentive and changes my exercises to keep me safe as we go, but still pushes me to achieve the best I can and keeps me motivated. It's hard but very rewarding work!

My husband and I have been going to elite for a little over a month. Everyone I have talked to, from the manager to the intern, has been so nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so clean and positive. Our trainer, Jason F., listened to our goals and has put together not only personalized workout program for us but meal plans as well. We are completely, utterly, beyond satisfied with our results so far and the service we have received.

Jason encourages me to keep grinding and pushes me past my limits that have always kept me from making progress in the past.
