I have been training at Elite Training since May 2018. I have really appreciated the flexibility of my trainer Nathan. I travel a lot with work and I don’t always get to train my 3 days during the week. When I do get to train the workouts are worth every penny. I never walk out of the gym feeling like I didn’t accomplish something. Also, the other staff members that I have met with have been great!

Laura Dill is GREAT! She pushed me to be the better person I can be. I when in needing a knee replacement and limping to walk in and after 3 months I feel so much better!!! I am working on more and more every time I go there....I Feel Great! I believe Laura Dill is “commission” me to be better and even moving me on to do even more things I could never imagine myself doing! You are the GREATEST thing that has ever happened to me! Laura is GREAT!!!! I am needing a knee replacement but since going to her for her expertise it is wonderful what I have been doing!!! I look forward to working with Laura for as long as I have to and even expecting Laura to “commission” me to work on other things. I want to lose weight and continue to build my body!!! Great job Laura your the best!!! ❤️

Huge thanks to Whitney for being my amazing nutrition coach/police/drill sergeant!!! In the best way possible he kept me on track and I was able to not only lose 15lbs while preparing for a Powerlifting meet, I got stronger, set new State Records and feel amazing!!!
