Elite Training has been a great place for me. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, the facility is always very clean with really good quality equipment. Since I started with Elite Training in early 2016 and have followed a sensible nutrition plan and exercise sessions both provided by Elite Training staff, I have reduced my weight 80 lbs so far (with no medical assistance). Not too bad for someone who is 66-years-old. I recommend Elite Training to anyone regardless of your fitness goal they can help you achieve it!

I started training here this past summer and I’m loving it so far! My trainer is awesome and helps me get stronger physically and mentally. I’ve noticed great results so far and I look forward to my training sessions! Elite Training is good at their job.

Elite Training is not like a “GloboGym”, you know, Ben Stiller from Dodgeball. What it is though is personalized one on one, as well as group training, with amazing trainers who cater to their clients with specific workouts and dietary discussions to help you achieve your best results. Elissa is our trainer (my wife and I go together) and she’s the best! From working with us on our strengths and pushing us beyond our plateaus I couldn’t ask for a better trainer to have. Hard work, perseverance and a trainer like Elissa at Elite Training can make all the difference.
