I really love the app. And if I don't know a move it shows me the correct form! I love working on different areas and not the same thing everytime, that keeps it fresh!

The exercises are so good to do at home or in the gym! I love that I don't have to be in a gym and I can use just my body weight. And having the videos to copy the movements of the trainers makes it easier to follow along when I’m home. They are professional and always there to answer my questions and give encouragement.

This is my first experience using this type of service/training, but it has been great!! The accountability truly helps me! And the workouts have short videos that show you how to do each exercise, which is great. I would definitely recommend!
