I’ve been with Elite a short time, but in that time I can already feel my fat bloated self getting back to great health as my muscle mass grows and my fat both organ and adipose shrinks. Give these guys a shot, they won’t let you down. Plus the Yoda quotes on the wall are nice to have when your in pain. ;) Sweat is just Fat Crying.

I like the flexibility in the schedule and the videos that I can refer back to. Just when I think a workout was too easy the next one kicks my butt!!

My trainer is helping me in strength & balance with the exercises he has me do. He shows me & coaches me through them so I can do them at home on days I don't go to the gym. Most importantly, I look forward to going to the gym because I'm getting results!
