I really love Elite Training because it's a safe friendly place to get 1 on 1 training. They offer great nutrition advice along with healthy recipes. They inspire me to push through my self imposed limits. I leave exhausted but it's exactly what I signed up for. The staff is friendly. The trainer Robert is great with my kid. He makes sure she is exercising correctly to avoid injury. He encourages her to continue working outside the gym and teaches her lifestyle changes. Read more >

Our trainer Robert is awesome! My daughter enjoys going to workout “without complaining”. He is flexible with scheduling and accounts for other activities during the week when planning her sessions. he is big about not injuring the athlete and makes sure she is doing her exercise correctly and if not he demonstrates for her until she understands what is expected.
