The workouts with Coach Smiley at great. Always on point, varied, adaptive and adjusted to my strengths and weaknesses. The facilities are great to allow for the variety that Smiley can coach. Love the personal touch.

You think you have worked out? If you haven’t been here then you have not experienced the ultimate yet! Smiley is amazing and it’s crazy how many different things he knows to work each muscle. Hardly ever do I do the same thing twice! Smiley can make you feel like every person there is special at the same time - he is truly a blessing to all of us. Try anyone else in town and then come to the best - you won’t be disappointed at Elite Training!

I’ve been going to Elite Training for the last 3 months with Smiley as my trainer, and man have I seen a difference. My stamina has improved drastically and I’ve lost about 30 pounds. If you are looking for a place to train I would highly suggest coming here.

Ever since I’ve been going to this gym and working out with Smiley, I've gained so much muscle and I feel great while I do it. The workouts are challenging and new every time and there are always alternatives if the workout is too difficult! It is a great environment and trainers and other members are extremely friendly!I highly recommend getting a membership and using smiley as your trainer

Smiley is great! His workouts are are specific & age appropriate for my son, perfect for his goals. He communicates what the purpose of each exercise is for & stays encouraging. My son’s ability & confidence have definitely improved working with him
