They are NOT IICBC certified and falsely display their logo.
They are NOT certified by the BBB even though they again falsely display their logo with an A+ rating.

Overpriced for milking insurance.

Lyn and the whole elements team are first class. They’re timely, courteous, and thorough. I had several floods in a week and the team was super responsive and did thorough work. Javier, Patrick, Cesar, and Octavio are great! Would recommend!
