Elements of Restoration

They completely messed up the rebuild after the flood. Poor workmanship, lack of adequate supervision, didn't care to get the job right. They didn't return all the personal items they removed, they ruined some of my personal property. The communication was terrible. I would give zero stars if I could.

We’re thankful for Elements for saving us from water damage. The restoration process was a pain but they did the “drying out” thoroughly. Financially, they did everything through insurance. So it was relatively painless! But it felt like once they got paid, they left. Dry wall was done well, flooring was completed. We were told someone was going to come out and paint the trim that had to be replaced to match the existing. No one ever did. We were told they would come get the furniture pod, I had to make several phone calls to the pod company to pick up it up so my HOA would get off my back.

I would not recommend.

Elements of Restoration did a great job drying out our leaking tub issue. Kuddos to the team and all the great communication. Fast response and very knowledgeable to get the job done quickly. Thanks again.

Great company called the number at 3 am they answered and had techs at my property quickly after, did a professionally job of removing the water and damage while keeping us comfortable thanks guys!

They responded quickly and were able to get out and started working right away!
