Elder Independence Home care

I’ve been using Elder Independence for a few years, first with my Dad and now my Mother. Kim and staff has always been very professional and personable.They always take care of my needs immediately.They have a very good staff of caregivers. The office staff always helps me on any of my needs…..glad I chose Elders, I had a choice.

Dave and I really have felt happy to have Danita here at our home. She works tirelessy to help us. Sometimes getting schedules for me, Dave and his PT have been somewhat tricky.

The staff at Elder Independence Home Care are so friendly, kind, and very professional. Every time I have called they have always made me feel that I was their most important client. My husband had a stroke secondary to Covid. Upon discharge from rehab he required continued supervision and assistance at home. We were not excited about having caregivers in our home but knew that was our only choice. Tonda with Elder Independence visited us and got a feel for our situation and challenges. From the very beginning she assigned us the best caregivers to compliment my husbands personality, expectations and needs. The caregivers arrive on time, respect our home, and have allowed me to run our business and not worry about my husband’s safety and care. They have been helpful with scheduling changes and have met every request with a positive and helpful approach.
