Eco Mama Green Clean

Amazing company owned by a mom of three kids! She does this from the heart everyday and you can notice it in everything they do, down to the natural cleaning products that they make and also sell by the bottle. When I walk into my house after a cleaning it smells so heavenly!!!!! I love lavender mint bliss and buy it by the bottle to clean in between cleanings!! I can’t say enough good things about this company. I look forward to my biweekly cleanings so much!

Traditionally had been a very good company when Ashley was there. However, since Erin came in and the owner Sarah took a step back scheduling has been an issue- they are constantly short staffed and don’t show when they say. When they do they Are lately very frazzled and end up staying much later due to being short staffed. They do a good job but beware they lately have overcharged without communicating. They charged our card on file without communication four times amount they normally do. On an investment property I scheduled a one time cleaning, they put me on regular cleanings unauthorized and then tried to charge me $50 cancellation for a cleaning I never scheduled. Service has gone down hill in the offfices and beware of sketchy billing but I will say the cleaners do a good job. Jasmine has been coming to my home to clean for several weeks now and she is phenomenal. She’s thorough and always does a good job. Many housekeepers that I’ve used previously have done decent work for the first couple of weeks, then they start to slack off. Jasmine has been awesome every time! I definitely would recommend using EcoMama!

Update -
After a very disappointing experience booking an appointment for a cleaning and cancelling a little over an hour later and being charged $50 to cancel. I was not happy with not being told this would happen at booking and then having to pay for changing my mind. But I am very pleased that Sarah, after learning of this event, went above and beyond to reverse the charge and take care of me and make the situation right. She even did it on her vacation. Thank you Eco Mama for taking care of this situation and making it right. I've changed my original rating of one star to four based on this.

I chose them based on all the great reviews, it’s possible they are going through some changes. I know Cheryl is new and she is the one that handled my booking. My booking had to be changed 3 times, I was told because of a sick cancer client that needed their attention. I was completely fine with that and my schedule was open. The following adjustments came because of scheduling problems with their employees. I was willing to wait for Courtney as I was told she was the one with the most experience, also most through cleaner. The work I had requested was deep cleaning for two bathrooms. The work was done and after she left I looked over the rooms. I noticed the bottom of the tub was still dark, I ran my hand over it and all I felt was grit, I got a magic eraser lightly scrubbed and the dark came right up. So I have never had eco mama come clean for me but I did get there cleaner and I am in love! It smells amazing, my kids can help clean without a worry of chemicals it's safe to be around my 6 week old and other kids and it makes me want to clean because of how good it smells and not to mention it cleans better then any other cleaning product I've tried. Thanks eco mama for creating such a great product.
