Eco Mama Green Clean

I have been using Eco Mama for a few months now. Overall, I think the service is good for the price. I don't always get the same cleaners and some cleaners are better than others.

This 5 star review is for Dori and Jovi who were at my house yesterday. They did a really fantastic job and my home smelled great when they were done. Our power went out while they were vacuuming and instead of calling it a day, they remembered that I have a cordless Dyson and volunteered to use that to finish up the vacuuming. They got all the dust and fur from our pets. They did a fantastic job and I would love for them to clean my house again :)

I was referred this company for deep cleaning. A crew of 3 originally came in and just by visible not hard looking MANY surfaces we not even touched especially for a DEEP CLEAN fee. I reached out after the crew had left and they offered someone else to come out, which Liz came out and spent about ANOTHER 2 hours at our house due to the way it was left from their company. I was told we would receive a discount - for the inconvenience and my husband and I took off all day to work on the house which we weren’t able to., yet was charged full price - mistakes happen I was understanding so I reached out once I received payment, 2 days later STILL NOTHING so I emailed this company again, STILL NO RESPONSE 5 business days later.

Ecomama is awesome! I love how fresh and clean my house smells each and every time Ecomama has been there and worked their magic! I love how much attention they pay to detail to get our house in top shape. Truly the best!

We had just moved in to our house only two weeks prior to the cleaning but the level of dust that had built up over that short period of time was astonishing ! I was worried then when Nicole alone showed up as a one-man team because I really thought it was going to be too much for one person. But she was so sweet, she assured us that she would put our place in tip top shape in no time! We left her at home to do her thing and returned to a sparkling clean home! I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Nicole and with her work. I’m definitely a repeat customer!

We hired these folks after several bad experiences with our last cleaning company. After just the first visit we're pleased. The crew arrived on time, did their work with pride and it shows

update: they reached out to me to either reschedule or offer a refund; they assured me that this was an isolated incident and were very apologetic.

tl;dr they were late, communication was bad, and they did not finish the job. i've emailed them the same information in this review but i have not heard from them and no refund or adjustment was offered.

Initially the communication was pretty bad; when I called to schedule a cleaning eco mama quoted me $75/hr for 2 cleaners and agreed upon a 3 hour cleaning window. When i got the confirmation email the amount charged it was a lot higher than what was quoted to me over the phone so when I emailed them they said it's $75/hr for ONE cleaner and if there were two cleaners they'd just halve the time they'd be at our house. I wish they would've been clearer about that from the beginning.
