We have used this company for a while now. It is time to say goodbye. Why? They rip you off. To clean a 1,200 square foot house in very clean condition - $298-00. They have our credit card on file and they just charge you. Every time a different amount. When you call them to discuss they do not return calls. They do text you though to tell you to take a hike. Why just not use an honest company. It is not necessary to go through this. Billing and being on time is the issue here. To much drama

I got a Deep Clean. Initial bid was a little confusing as I had two people trying to contact me. Once I followed through with Ashley, Marti was still trying to coordinate so there seemed to be a little lack of communication on their end but I didn’t mind as Ashley was very responsive. They provided a window time frame and came right at the start of that window. They texted me when they were 20 min away which I appreciated for the heads up. They did a deep clean of our home. Any spots they missed during the walk through they took care of. I wouldn’t have expected so many missed spots getting a “deep clean” done but wasn’t a problem overall as they cleaned up any spots that needed extra love. The glass shower doors were the most impressive and the bath tub really shined. I loved the products they used as they were eco friendly so didn’t have any harsh chemical smells afterwards. Teri at EcoMama is fantastic. She texts me to let me know when she's coming with her team, and shows her team around the house and what to focus on. No corner or shelf remains with dust on Teri's watch! Teri is also very mindful of our cats, who are expert hiders and escape artists, and they look forward to her coming every week. We are super happy with Teri and her team's service. Thank you, Teri!

Tabby is so thorough with everything she does, including double checking while cleaning herself, the house looked great and love the fact it doesn’t smell of strong cleaning products.
