I had previously been struggling with an individual and their team - I never knew when or if they would show up on the agreed upon times which made it difficult to plan my work from home schedule. Booked with Eco Mama based on feedback from neighbors. Day of the cleaning, they were late by 3 hours. After the first hour delay, The office called and asked if I wanted service still or if they could reschedule. I needed the cleaning for an event and asked they still come out for the service. An hour later the actual cleaners called and also tried to get me to reschedule. They finally showed up and still missed several things but we let it slide thinking it was a fluke. Fast forward to when we needed them to come out for our agreed monthly clean. They missed a bunch of things and didnt even mop the floor. I had to call to complain and they sent out another cleaner on monday. The person that cleaned the house did a good job for a second time cleaning.
