As I arrived 20 mins before my appointment and was asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, and the person went on to keep looking at their phone and talking to someone else. It wasn’t until 5 minutes after my appointment time that I heard the person tell a walk in client that they were going to be available if their appointment did not show up. At this point a light went off and I asked if the person I’d booked was actually there. It was the person who had asked me if I had an appointment appointment.

Haircut was mediocre and I had to come home and fix around my ears, on the sides and the back. Ny hair is erratic, but I know a bad haircut when I get one.

Definitely love this location. Very courteous and professional. The details in making the experience for the customer is prime top tier after reviewing before coming. The expectation was an understatement from the presentation.

Jay hooked it up! Best cut I’ve had in years. He’s definitely an artist when it comes to cutting hair. He’s super professional and made me feel like I’ve been getting my haircut there for years. I’ll continue to go there for years to come. 10/10

I left a review for my adult son because I was shocked at his hair cut. Knowing this wasn't what he wanted. I was surprised he didn't go off on you and that he'd paid you at all. He said he didn't want to cause a scene.
You left maybe a inch, not 4 inches .

They were awesome, did me good. I love how they just cut your hair and don't try to force conversation like most places. Would definitely go again.
