We worked with Jim for the inspection of our first home. He was fantastic! Took his time and was very thorough. He then went over all of his findings with us and explained everything to us. The following day we got a very detailed report about all of his findings. Very polite and informative. My husband and I loved working with Jim. He was at the house early, surveying the property and taking pictures of everything he saw. He was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgable. He let us know we could follow him throughout the inspection to learn as we go, or get updates whenever we liked. Throughout the inspection he let us know things we should consider, and things that were going well. The report was timely, and very detailed. The communication prior, during, and after has been exceptional. I highly recommend his services.
