Jim was extremely thorough and provided us with a detailed report including pictures and descriptions of how to fix problem areas. He also provided services after the inspection including a cost estimate for repairs and a HomeBinder for contacting necessary contractors/plumbers etc. We are so grateful for his diligence, timely correspondence, and aid in making the process of home buying less stressful.
