have not heard back from Dutchman Roofing personnel in 4 daysThe production manager, Allan was suppose to come out to my house on Tuesday, July 27..- He didn’t show up on Tuesday for his appointment with me nor have I heard from him sinceI -have a situation with the lack of a collar around the dryer pipe going through the roof, allowing pests to get into my attic. A reputable roofer would install this as part of the installation process. . Evidently your company doesn’t respect your customers like you say on your web page. The shoddy workmanship concerning this issue is a big deal to me.
I will contact the Better Business Bureau, The Village’s Seniors Against Crime ( agency who helps Villagers with these kind of issues) & report your lack of professionalism & shoddy work on our Nextdoor web site that goes to all the neighborhoods in the Villages.

Yes, Al Vedia was extremely helpful for we had wind damage from a storm and his opinion was the need to contact our insurance company, after free inspection was performed. I could not have been happier. He was there every step of the way, it’s a daunting experience. I personally would hate to think, the outcome without a knowledgeable roofing inspector. Other of my neighbors went it alone and are still fighting the insurance companies for an outcome with tiles blown off their roofs and the heavy rains are now daily this year in Florida. I empathize with them but decisions they made were theirs alone. Lawyers and Insurance companies put stress on you, you don’t need.

I’m totally satisfied with Dutchman Roofing and their Professionalism and recommend them to be Everyone that, will listen.
