Can't provide what they say they can. They aren't using their own crews. They over charge after the job is down because they are inept at doing what needs to be done. Your house will get put on lein over$500. Try to get ahold of them good luck... Brunch, lunch, and going home. Family owned but not family values. I know I worked for them for a year. I had a problem and was given a smother another chance. They dropped the ball.. be careful..
Spend $5, 20, more a square to save hassle

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give a zero I would!!! I have done 3 roofs with this company and have called them to come check a leak in 1 of the roofs. Instead of scheduling an appointment we were sent an email from Valerie Prickett advising that we have an outstanding invoice and if it is not paid Dutchman Roofing warranties will be null and void. We were told by Earl Cook that this invoice has been taken care of by the owners of Dutchman Roofing and that it was water under the bridge. Earl Cook was actually soliciting more business from us as we own multiple rentals in Ocala! The invoice they are referencing is for a supposed water test that was not even performed, trying to charge us $500. I have sent multiple emails to Valerie Prickett requesting to speak to the owners, I have supplied to her the text message from Earl Cook in which he states the invoice in...

We had a wonderful experience working with Lance. We needed some repairs done immediately. We called and went over everything and they were out the same day and I know that doesn't happen very often. Once he was at our home work was completed perfectly. He took the time to go over everything with us and also gave us some more information about other things that could be done to better our home. I appreciated that he informed us of the upgrades that we could do but he wasn't pushy at all so we will be returning to use this company again.
