My realtor, Gail Venegas was a jewel. She was professional , detail oriented, and efficient as I would expect/hope a realtor would be. But our situation was unusual. My mother was selling her house in Georgia from California. After meeting with Gail once, all the rest of the work was done via email, text and phone. This was even more challenging since my mother was managing some cognitive challenges and was difficult at times. Gail handled it all with grace and confidence, offering patience and compassion to me and to my mom. Once the offer was made and work needed to be done, Gail offered sound advice and arranged for payment to be made from CA. I cannot imagine working with another realtor in such a difficult circumstance.
