Three months ago my family and I moved to the US and I was looking for a place to train martial arts. Dragon Gym was the 1st gym I tried and I never had the urge to find and try another gym. Dragon Gym is simple great! The staff, the different programs, culture and values are marvelous. Shortly after I started, my youngest daughter joined the PeeWee Tae Know Do classes and she loves it. She hardly spoke any English, but the way she was helped and coached by the teachers is admirable. If you are looking for a gym where you can work hard, learn tons of techniques, get mental coaching, with committed staff and simply have Fun, Dragon Gym is the place to be.

Dragon Gym Martial Arts and Fitness in Exton is by far the best possible instruction in both fitness and martial arts that I have ever experienced in my life! The staff at Dragon Gym certainly seems to have a holistic approach when it comes to both martial arts and fitness as being parts of a greater whole and not things that are simply mutually exclusive.

In fact, all of the belt testing for the Tae Kwon Do classes comes with specific kettlebell movement requirements closely watched over by several RKC-certified instructors. These instructors also teach many goal-oriented kettlebell classes and seminars at the Dragon Gym ranging anywhere from proper deadlift technique and a more powerful military press to nutrition planning, and even a marketing bootcamp targeted towards kettlebell entrepreneurs.

This one leaves me scratching my head, not sure how they got Best of Chester County. Signed my kids up for the quick start program, 3 lessons & a uniform, easy enough. Then they get you to join on a rolling 3 month block. Choose this gym based mostly on location so I'm uncertain how it stacks up in price comparison. It's not cheap, $299month get your family unlimited lessons, if you are going more than one kid it's cheaper this way. Did the 3 month membership, afterwards decided we weren't impressed.

This would be a good place to go if your kids are itching to take karate and require no real encouragement, supervision or personalized instruction.
