I had tried all the other programs out there WW, Nutri System, Jenny Craig and several more with limited success. I decided to go to one of the information seminars to learn about this and signed up for a meeting at his office. I did the research on all that is offered and there is science behind it all. I will tell you that it is not the cheapest option but it WORKS!!!!! You eat your own food with the guidance of the staff. You get all the supplements and shake powder (which is delicious). it has been around 8 months and I have lost to date around 60 pounds. Dr. Augello and his staff are wonderful. Always friendly and caring. When my family needs immediate attention, they always work us in to the schedule. If you need a chiropractor, definitely call for a consultation.
