My wife and started the program and we’re a little shocked when we looked at the labels on foods we were eating that we thought were supposed to be healthy. Megan guided us as we started and gave us encouragement to follow the plan and give it time as well as trying additional program recipes. We followed the plan, listened to the staff and were amazed at how easy it became. Losing weight was easy. We looked forward the the weekly weigh-ins, sauna, wraps and Vibe therapy. The whole experience has been great, friendly, positive and it works. Down 76 pounds in about 7 months with little exercise and even during Covid-19.

All other weight loss programs failed me but this one has changed my life. I feel great. I sleep better now. I have spoken with my Family doctor and he cannot believe the change. No diabetic meds for me. My thyroid is stable now. I have not felt this good in decades. I have been taught how to eat properly and it is easy for me now.
