I started my journey with Dr. Augello at the beginning of the year after a good friend of mine recommended him to me after he and his wife went through the program. This may be a lengthy post and I apologize for that. I was overweight for a long time and no matter what I tried, I could not drop the weight. The thing that really bother me was my gut; it was out of control. I was also experiencing other health issues, such as acid reflux, which l was taking medication for. 2 years ago I had half my thyroid removed. I just kept gaining weight no matter how hard I exercised and ate right…30 lbs to be exact! I had tried all the other programs out there WW, Nutri System, Jenny Craig and several more with limited success. I decided to go to one of the information seminars to learn about this and signed up for a meeting at his office. I did the research on all that is offered and there is science behind it all. I will tell you that it is not the cheapest option but it WORKS!!!!! You eat your own food with the guidance of the staff.
