Dose Moving & Storage

Dose was great from start to finish. The person providing my quote was patient, friendly, and not pushy. She seemed to genuinely want what was best for me and my family. Communication throughout was great and easy. Day of movers were Eric and Terrell. Both were super friendly and efficient. They did go over the estimated time (2hr vs. 4.5 hrs), but I believe this was mainly due to the length of my building adding time between loads. Items were packed well in the truck with no noticeable movement. While not all the items arrived in 100% pristine shape, it was reasonable given the process that is moving. Very happy with the experience.

This was the best move I’ve ever had and I’ve moved many times. They were on time, courteous, actually running at times and It was a second floor apartment. It was hot and they were still amazing! After many bad experiences previously, I was in total awe of how everything went. From making the arrangements, email confirmations, a tracking app to know when they would arrive and actually arriving on time … It couldn’t have been any better of a move. High praise from me and I definitely have already spread the word to several people that you are the best and no one should use anyone else! Thank you so much!

We used Dose Moving & Storage last week to move both our family, as well as my mom (2 houses) to a new home we purchased together. We had a team of 4 - Joe, Terrel, D'Angelo and Deshawn plus 2 trucks at my house, and a team of 3 - Andrew, Sebastian and Brayan plus 1 truck at my mom's. These guys hustle, and work wonderfully together. They work fast and efficiently, but also cautiously. This is the most seamless move with a moving company we've ever had. All the gentleman were very polite, and respectful, and they were a lot of fun to work with. We'd use this company again and will refer them to others as well. Thank you again, Joe, Terrel, D'Angelo, Deshawn, Andrew, Sebastian, Brayan and Dose for making this part of our move as painless as possible.

Used them this morning and they were awesome! I picked them because they were the only moving place that didn’t blow my phone up with phone calls when I requested a quote. And also they sent me the quote right away in my email where as the other companies wouldn’t quote me unless I talked to them directly first. They also communicated directly through text which was so nice and better for me. The guys who came to move us were awesome, friendly, and quick. Would absolutely use them again!

Omg! I used these guys in December n February to move us. D'Angelo is the bomb with his guys: Foxwell,Chris,Deshawn. They were very professional and didn't waste any time. I couldn't believe how well they packaged n loaded our treasured items. They were sooo polite..yes ma'am n thank yous. In December my mom who has dementia was there n D'Angelo 's crew was Soo understanding n patient. I will never ever use any company but then. CJ and his team were my movers, and Carrie handled the estimates and all of the communication. Every human I had contact with at this company was astounding. I used their packing services, moving, and storage. I still can't believe how efficient, friendly, and FAST they were!!

Top Quality. If I could rate 10 stars I would! Professional from beginning to end! Friendly and polite. They took very good care of my furniture and all if my belongings. Right on time as well.
