Dose was great from start to finish. The person providing my quote was patient, friendly, and not pushy. She seemed to genuinely want what was best for me and my family. Communication throughout was great and easy. Day of movers were Eric and Terrell. Both were super friendly and efficient. They did go over the estimated time (2hr vs. 4.5 hrs), but I believe this was mainly due to the length of my building adding time between loads. Items were packed well in the truck with no noticeable movement. While not all the items arrived in 100% pristine shape, it was reasonable given the process that is moving. Very happy with the experience.

This was the best move I’ve ever had and I’ve moved many times. They were on time, courteous, actually running at times and It was a second floor apartment. It was hot and they were still amazing! After many bad experiences previously, I was in total awe of how everything went. From making the arrangements, email confirmations, a tracking app to know when they would arrive and actually arriving on time … It couldn’t have been any better of a move.
