Technician who came out to my house to do a camera job was very friendly and did a great job. Receptionist is also pleasant to talk to and I think she is a victim of circumstance with this company. I think there is a serious problem with how they manage the priorities of their customers. I had the camera job done at my house to find a deteriorated pipe approximately 2 months ago. I called once or twice a week starting out, then once a week, then once every 2 weeks. Now I don't even bother, and not even a phone call or email response. I've had to call them every time. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the tech that came out was very professional, friendly, and the receptionist seemed nice and kept trying to get the owner of the company (Jeff) to get me a quote.
I can't get them to quote/estimate the cost of fixing my pipe, which my insurance company needs before...
