Dooley Service Pro

Jamie was excellent. Very professional. Gave me options as far as level of service. He was courteous. Placed a mat for the messy part of the job on my floor. Wore shoe covers. The cost was more than I expected but we have a new clean out placed and up and running. The next time there is a clog the clean out will take care of that issue.

Jamie and Tylor came out today to assess a spot on our ceiling that we were afraid was coming from a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They took their time, were thorough and truthful. We had a bad experience with a different company the day before that left me thinking my whole house was on the brink of destruction and I lost sleep over it. Since having Dooley service pro come out, they helped me feel so much better about the situation and I trust them 100% with their assessment. The other company just wanted to quote me 8,000 and Dooley didn’t think anything was necessary at this time. I’m so thankful.

I have a contract with Buckeye Sanitary that we will be switching to Dooley once it is up. We had a drainage issue with our septic system so I called Buckeye. They informed me that our tank needed pumped (they didn't tell us that during the inspection but it was in their internal notes) and they couldn't do it for 5 days. Called Dooley at 4:30pm and they had someone out at 7:00am the next day. Zack, Tylor, and Cricket did a great job unclogging our drain and we will be using it to drain our septic tank shortly.

They even gave us helpful estimates on some other work we need done without the guarantee that they would be the ones to do the work. They did not bad mouth other companies, just let their work speak for itself.

Dooley septic was easy to communicate with, transparent on price, showed up when they said they would and did a quick clean job of cleaning my septic tank. Zach was knowledgeable and friendly.
