I have had problems with my toilet, and someone from Dooley has come out a few times to fix this problem (the same guy each time) and it never really got totally fixed. It’s more like a band-aid over the problem. Maybe I need a new toilet? It is now working worse than it was to start with the funny noise it’s making now and still won’t fill up with enough water. The only reason I rate it 3 stars is that I commend them for their prompt service, coming on time, and the kindness of everyone. But hey, if I need a new toilet, just say so. If I keep forking money over, it will be the cost of a new toilet, if it hasn’t reached that point yet.
