I received a call first thing in the morning to advise technician was headed my way. Josh arrived shortly thereafter and checked toilets flushing function. Then went to work in the back yard opening septic tank, identifing problem and taking corrective action. This was done with four inches of snow on the ground and temperatures in the 20s. Great job!

I called and within 2 hours Jack, who was very professional and courteous showed up. Jack got my sewer line unclogged and was very neat while performing the work. I am very pleased with the timeliness and work that was completed, at a reasonable cost.

We needed a new shower faucet installed due to a slow water volume. Our daughter was leaving for the hospital to have twins and I thought it would be a good time to have this work done. To my surprise Dooly’s couldn’t get to it until the following week. I told them the situation and asked to be put on a sub list. An hour later I received a call that they could come right away to do the job. It turned out that it was going to be about a 3 hour job. They shifted their schedule around and was able to complete the job that day. Jimmy did a terrific job as the Master Plumber.
