Update: After a brief delay, I was contacted about replacing the lid. They delivered a new lid, gave me a discount on the delivery charge. They were super nice and I would definitely use them again.

Had my septic tank pumped. Generally communication was good. I contacted them regarding my tank lid that was not closed upon their completion. It needs closed, or a new lid...but they just went silent on me....
