Wasn't a good experience. First day I had an afternoon appt and he showed at at 430. he Had spent the day on his first call And told me all about it and that he gave that person a good break on their bill plus he he wasn't happy that he had to do another call and didn't want to work OT. It was only to clean out a drain and there was easy access. he brought one machine in and it was twisted the next larger machine he jerked into my house was not working either so he told me he would be back at 1 o'clock the next day. At 130 I called the office and they told me he was on another job!. So again it was about 4 when he got here. took him maybe 15 minutes to clean out the drain. I had complained to the office and they agreed to give me a break on cost. The bill was $245 and they deducted $10, yes $10 from that!! My time is worth more than $10. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Deb, I am sorry that it did not turn out like our normal gray service. I take full responsibility for the error in timing for the next day. Let me look into it completely and I will be in contact tomorrow to find a better resolution.
