Dooley sent a couple plumbers out to fix an issue with a line backing up. They worked for hours and could not find the issue and told us that in order to fix the problem we needed to spend $15,000 in new piping. This did not sit right with me when they were also going to “throw in additional free things”. While getting a second opinion, the problem became worse after Dooley was there. So, not only did they not fix the problem but they made it worse.
I called another company in Dayton and they came out to look at it. 1 person 100% fixed the problem within an hour and charged us less than what Dooley charged. I called Dooley back to tell them what happened and requested 50% of the money back. I was told they would have to talk to a manager because they were out of the office.
