Last year these guys came out when our septic sensors were going off and said a bulb needed replaced under the electrical box.
They ordered the bulb, which took weeks and it was not the right size. Finally, after going back and forth with the "owner" (I don't know if he actually was the owner or just a manager that took the calls) they got the right bulb and came out to install. Unfortunately, we found out this month when our sensors started alarming again, they installed it incorrectly, not removing the plastic from the bulb and also damaging the electrical fuse box above it.
When we called them out to look at it, instead of taking any sort of accountability, they had the gull to try and sell us an entirety new $22k system. According to my texts, the technician's name is Aaron. They couldn't fix the box and didn't have a replacement bulb either,...
