The actual paintballing was great, but the customer service? Eh...

I put down an $80 for my friends and I to reserve some gear for my birthday. The $80 goes towards each player's rental package, which it did for everyone except me and the extra paintballs that I ended up getting. When I called to see if they could credit me back the $10 deposit that should have gone towards my extra paint, the best they could do was have it go towards gear the next time I play...really?

Great indoor and outdoor facility. Staff that will help in every way possible. Family owned and operated as well! Thanks DBS for providing such an amazing paintball experience over and over!

I love both of these fields, the outdoor has a lot of different field options and a urban style course set up. The indoor can't be beat for year round paintball. I'm just getting active again after a few years being ill, and paintball is a big motivator and tool in my recovery. I'd recommend this place to anyone, experienced or not.

Always a fun place to shoot people. Will you guys be carrying the new shockers when they're released? If so do you know when?
