Nicholas has provided great service!! He has been very friendly and professional and does a great job with making my yard nice and clean for my grandkids to run around and play. Im very appreciative of this company and what they do. They have always completed the job on time and always sends out a text when they are on their way so I can make sure the dogs are inside. For the last 2 years Raul has done an amazing job with servicing my yard. Every Wednesday I come home from work and the backyard is spotless. There have even been times where some small weeds, or branches were picked up as well. Unfortunately my dog is passing away shortly so I will not need the service anymore, but if and when the time comes that I get another dog I will be calling Doo Doo Squad as well. Thank you Raul! I work so much, so something as tedious as picking up dog poo hasn’t been high up on the things to do agenda. Fortunately, I found doo doo squad. They are so kind, super friendly and responsive. I had one little billing error and they fixed it no questions asked and no annoyance behind their voice. Every time I call, it’s pleasant and they answer (a person). Which in this day and age, you might not be so lucky. Our servicer shows up every week and I get a text message allowing me to see the route of him coming to my house and when he is done. Our servicer, Jarvice, is so nice. We don’t interact much but when he has interacted with my mom or I, he’s always so kind and friendly. He does a great job in cleaning up and leaving no scrap behind - the whole yard is cleaned. It’s a perfect set up for me. I’m sad I had to cancel due to moving out of the area they service.
